By popular request\, we will gather to experience all 5 sections: \n\nintro to grief eros\non secure attachment (what Sobonfu calls “village”)\non race\non gender\non eros (what Sobonfu calls “intimacy”)\n\nI’m delighted to support filmmaker and passionate creative Zahava Griss in a co-faciliation of this event. Together we will offer ritual movement to move your own grief & eros. Come open your heart\, connect with other big hearts in these times\, & connect to the lineage of these powerful rituals. \nWhat is Grief Eros?\nGrief is a soul cleansing\, a physical\, energetic\, & spiritual release that supports us to recover from loss & reorient to a new way of life. Eros is our natural human tendency to share joy\, play\, sensuality\, s3xuality & aliveness in ways that transform us. Grief Eros is what happens when all the ways eros has been denied during our life\, now has the space & permission to be known… to be part of our wholeness. \nOur bodies are designed to heal & to love. When we grieve\, laugh\, or orgasm\, our bodies organically shake\, release\, & open to aliveness. We can call on this natural capacity any time when we set an intention to heal… to transform what is not yet love into love! \nHave you ever had a cry-gasm?
