These are monthly in-person gatherings designed for Continuum movers in the Greater Boston Area with established practices and a desire to commit to co-creating a group container that promotes more intimate sharing and deeper explorations. Through a consistent practice of Continuum, we can retrieve a perception of wholeness and reclaim a sense of biological optimism that is our birthright.
